Four Points was formed in 2003 in response to a growing need to integrate development and construction services for commercial design-build projects.

Jonathan C. Willette is a Partner and Managing Partner in Four Points Real Estate Development, Ltd. Since 2003, Jon has been affiliated with the company and has played an integral role in the creation and expansion of the real estate site search and selection as well as underwriting and development services provided by Four Points. Jon is the architect of Our System, taking his expansive experience in the real estate industry and formulating a process that streamlines and improves the efficiency in which to develop real estate. Jon entered the real estate business in 1995 and has been an independent business owner since the late 1980's. Early in his career while at Pizzuti, he began defining a record of successful strategies in understanding expanding markets, recognizing development opportunities and structuring real estate deals. Over the next 10 years he worked with large and small companies including ProLogis Trust where he was responsible for over six million sq. ft. of product. Jon's responsibilities also included the deployment of marketing programs, budgeting, lease negotiations, feasibility studies and project proformas. While working with Massa Realty and Development he helped develop projects from the ground up, worked with financial institutions in raising capital and was constantly in contact with current and potential customers. Continually conducting transactions in the real estate market, Jon has become skilled in dealing with the end user and handling all aspects of the project.
Jon is the Past-President of Central Ohio NAIOP PAC and sits on the board for the Central Ohio Ducks Unlimited chapter. He attended The Ohio State University and is a Veteran of the United States Marine Corps.

Steven M. Moberger is a Principal in Four Points Real Estate Development, Ltd. As the Construction Partner, Steven plays a vital role throughout the development and construction process to ensure the quality of the project from beginning to end. During development Steven, evaluates the land, hires the architect and civil engineers, and works with the consultants to develop the plans for city approval. Once construction commences, Steven facilitates on-going collaboration with the general contractor, monitors costs and ensures construction is completed in a timely manner. Prior to his position at Four Points, Steven was the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Construction One, Inc. Steven's main responsibilities encompassed establishing and building new customers as well as continually developing existing client relationships. He has grown through the ranks from laborer to superintendent, regional project manager as well as business owner. Prior to joining Construction One, Inc. Steven earned the responsibility of running the third largest family insulation business in Columbus, Ohio, Energy Savers. In this capacity, he was responsible for direct marketing, contract negotiations as well as serving in a general operations role. With over 29 years of experience in the construction industry.
Steven began his career with a degree in Marketing and concentration in Business Management in 1980 from The Ohio State University. Steven was a "walk-on" freshman on the OSU Football team and played under coaches Hayes and Bruce. His competitive nature in sports has provided a successful edge in his natural sales ability and business style.
Steven is a participating sponsor of various retail construction events, activities and trade shows. Growing up in the business, Steven has excelled in numerous aspects of the construction industry utilizing a wide array of knowledge and expertise.

Robert C. Moberger is a Partner in Four Points Real Estate Development with the responsibility of overseeing all aspects of project financing. Robert is also the Vice President of Construction One, Inc. Robert is responsible for the company's finances, accounting department and overall profitability. Robert's education and expertise in the construction industry have proved successful as he has been certified and is the Company's license holder, enabling Construction One, Inc. to perform services in all 50 states, Canada and Puerto Rico. In addition to his financial responsibilities, Robert oversees the company's best practices in technological advancements and directs the IT / Communications Department. Communication is key in the construction industry and he has enabled the office as well as field personnel to be most effective in communication with the clients as well as coworkers, creating a more efficient environment. Robert began his career early with the company working summers, evenings and school vacations on company jobsites mastering the trades. In 1984 Robert started in local company sales, moved into the field as a superintendent and moving up through the ranks, project manager. Because of the company's tremendous growth, Robert opened and led the Retail Division as an entity under the Construction One, Inc. umbrella.
Robert is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a B.S. degree and double major in Finance and Computer Science. He is a member of the Rotary Club and involved with the Retail Construction Association.

William A. Moberger is a Partner in Four Points Real Estate Development, Ltd. His vast field of experience has covered everything from working hands-on in the field as a laborer and superintendent to inside the office as an estimator, project manager as well as building the business through proven sales strategies. Bill's expertise is attributed in all aspects of construction and he enjoys pursuing new industry technology and building methods. Now the President, of Construction One, Inc. Bill has been actively involved in the company since its inception as a "start up" in 1980 when revenues were under $1 million. Because of his leadership, entrepreneurial abilities and dedication to the company and its employees, Construction One, Inc. is now a $50 million company flourishing with limitless possibilities. Customer priorities have been established as the number one importance and this is prevalent through long-standing major clients such as the Schottenstein Corporation, American Eagle Outfitters and Goddard Systems, to name a few.
Bill is an active member of the Dublin, Ohio Community as well as being involved with the Rotary Club and Builders Exchange. He is a graduate of Michigan State University and obtained his degree in Advertising and Business Management.
